Just got off the Star YFT, BFT, YT, Dorado
Yes, they are here. Great YT at the Rocks 15 to 20 at the surface 20 to 40 on the bottom. 40# line with a 1 oz egg and 4/0 J hook seem to be the setup for surface. 12 to 16 oz with 6/0 J seem to be the dropper loop setup 60# line was the min. they would bite anything on the loop.
YFT up to 80#. I used 40 to 50# line 2/0 circle no sinker..
BFT over 100#. 40# line min.!! some big ass fish out there.. 2/0 circle. They bit 50# later in the day.

This is my second trip with Alaska Mike the Sly fox "Great guy". Sean was on our trip not sure if he is leaving I hope not!

Looks like a great trip. I wish I had gone now. The weather looks a bit bumpy.
Nice job on the BFT getting some fatties for the first ones of the season.
Typical Royal Star.....always on the bite!
