9' Rod for sale

To kill time while I'm out of work, I'm refinishing some old rods rather than toss them, so here's the first one.

It's a 9', 2 piece. Don't ask me the original brand or line rating, cuz those markings were gone. I would call it a 12-25 lb rod, ideally for 15 or 20 lb.

Triple wrapped on 10 American Tackle HLC guides, #20 down to #8 (plus tip), with a new ferrule. Cork grips. The blank was already black but I refinished it. 7" Marbled butt wrap.

Let's try $80. I'm in Lake Forest

9' spinning rod is next

re: 9' Rod for sale

Keith,
I am interested in a 9' casting rod with a reel seat to use for surf fishing. I need something heavy enough to cast a 5 or 6 oz weight. Do you have an old rod that will work ??

John,

Sorry, but the other 9 footer is just about like this one. Just a 7' or two that will handle that kind of weight.
