That's a good price if it's fully rigged. I spent $168 delivered on the light and another $60 rigging it. Home depot plumbing, McMaster Carr holder, and Orrvac for the ballast box (removed from the light fixture to lighten it). Slides in a pole holder with the forward pipe for stability. Works great.

Attached the bracket to a Cabela's downrigger holder. You will need to connect a 110v wall plug. Turns night into day.
