Actually I find this new board a bit insulting. A major part of owning a private boat and fishing is the community of private boaters. Especially up here in the CHI area. Many of private boater unfortunately don't post much here anymore.

Wish you would have vetted the idea with your community before doing this. But I guess it's your website.

You are right, it is a bit insulting.
7 months ago the Channel Islands ALLCOASTERS were given their own board.

Part of your tag line says BULL$HIT TILL YA Drop.
This board should be right up your alley IMO, yet you complain.

I can think of one CIA'er for over 5 years pissed and moaned and whined
Channel Islands Board Channel Islands Board over and over.
Heck on 2 different message boards mind you.
They were added each place and he never once posted a report,
not once here and not once at ISF.

If you choose to participate that'll be great, if you don't then that's life.

When you guys asked me to make this board I knew I would get a bunch of BS for it so it was my private joke to name it that.
Have a contest to see what the name should be.
Many guys wanted to get fishing reports without wading through a bunch of other posts. Now you have that.
The other board is just one little click of the mouse away. I can't believe it is any kind of a big deal.
