I had My Wife going real good last week...............

Told Her that this was gonna be the Last Episode Ever 'cause Phil Dies & Jonathan(Her Favorite)get's Married to a Bimbo Model and Opens a Harley Dealership in Seattle.........

She about Cried........... !!! :p

That's a crazy job for sure. My wife thought "five months off each year" was a good deal until I explained that they work around the clock during the other 7 months. They can log 40 hours in two days compared to most jobs requiring 4 or 5. When you divide the actual earnigs per hour worked for them, these guys are not getting rich. It has to be a passion, anyone with common sense wouldn't do it...even if they could do it (physically speaking) because the risks are too great. 100% injury rate? Guaranteed sleep deprivation and exhaustion? Possibly come home broke? I read the average income for crew was only 30K a year (the boats featured on Deadliest Catch are not the average). I knew a guy who did that for a living...he wasn't right in the head. ;)
