i just got an abu garcia inshore series low profile reel and want to know it all the stuff it says about it is true including: the 23 Lbs of drag and durability. I have read good comments reviews and bad reviews about this reel. any feedback would be appreciated. thanks

well i have a revo inshore and it casts like no other
i have casted it many times and have never gotten a birds nest. then i go cast with a larger reel and i suddenly look down to a nice birds nest
it casts amazing and i have caught some real nice calicos on it

fishman27 thanks for the encouraging news. i am worrying about this reel because i dumped a lot of money into this reel and i want it to perform like they said it would. fishman27 how was the drag on the reel was it pretty powerful like the specs say?
yeah idk about 23 pounds but i just caught a 45 pound halibut on it today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but it can really button down i pulled 4 pound calicos out of a kelp bed with it and it still performed fine i'm sure you will like it

congrats dude on one friggin huge beast. I saw your post on bloodydecks and couldn't believe the size of that thing. i can't wait to test my revo inshore on a 3/4 out of danawharf this weekend. ps. nice reel
