The environ wackos (who have forgotten who saved the environment for the last 100 years - sportsmen) bought access and favors from Arnie for several million dollars of "gifts" to support the MLPA process.....so this is a political issue.

-- go to the meetings , get the info, spell things correctly and politely and frequently tell the Gov and the other senior people that the process is unfair, not open, and politically misbegotten. Ask them to void the prior decisions and rescind the process.

Or, if you have enough money, buy access to the Gov and tell him in person about the failures.

Start and keep up the pressure for the entire duration.

Good luck,

This has to be about the most idiotic post I have seen in some time.
:? Are you referring to your own reply? If so, you are right on. The MLPA process was stalled until private money from groups wanting to close the coastal waters to human contact arrived. Then, public tax dollars will have to be used to enforce the privately funded closures. The upcoming closures are mandated by law. Where, and how large is yet to be finalized. E-mails are good; attendance at these "meetings" will help you to formulate your e-mails.
