I heard they were going to move the bait barges out of San Pedro. Has anyone been out of SP this week, and know if they are still there? Thank you kindly in advance.

Yes, both bait barges are still in their regular postions. No final decision has been made on moving them out of LA Harbor.

Why are they moving them? And where are they thinking of moving them too?
