I'm new to offshore fishing.....

Reading the California Fish & Game Offshore Regulations is like reading
the tax codes......

Where can I find the best cheat sheet on understanding these regulations?

A limit and size chart with pics? (I fish a fifty mile radius out of Huntington Harbor)

Also some common sense issues about catch and release. WSB and deep
fish don't survive if released?

The problem is they change the rules so often your cheat sheet would change all the time! I would suggest reading the reg book until you catch onto their lingo. They change regs during the year too so be carefull! :td:
