I'm taking some out of town visitors over to Catalina on Monday. I would like to put them on some exotics, but if that plan fails I can salvage the day with some bonito. Can anyone offer their suggestions on the best location to find the boneheads. What's the best way to take them this time of year squid or finbait? One last question, does anyone know if the Long Beach receivers have any squid? What about the availability at the island? Thanks in advance for your valuable assistance. Take care and have a great weekend!

Exotics? Well my friend, the only exotic you can "put them on" at Catalina this time of year would be an exotic table dancer - or a garabaldi (they taste like a cross between bald eagle and condor - the garabaldi I mean)!

Well how'd you do???

Mucho bonito! I posted a report this morning.

By the way, thanks to everyone who reponded to my post. I really appreciate the info.
