Taking the family out to fish bonito. Anyone out there know if they are being caught near Anacapa?

just head out to the back side of capa and cruz, look for the bird schools and flyline a bait... instant bonito for the most part. Good luck!

Troll feathers on the way from the eastern tip of Anacapa to Santa cruz. About 10-12 mph. On the way to smugglers a couple weeks ago I got 5 Bonito. Hope it helps.

I went out today. I was planning on staying at smugglers overnite, but I am still having issues with my engine. I ended up drifting hueneme flats for nada. Good luck!! I will return after a few hundred to the mechanic......
