I got one by fax one time, but that was during the week and I called 5 offices before I could find someone who was helpfull. :\ I dont think you are going to have any luck at this point being the weekend.

Sorry but you should of thought it out ahead of time. You can fax it to them but I wouldnt go with out a signed form and recept. You can get it in person in los alamitos M-F

I got one last week from the DFG office in san diego.They faxed me a copy and I paid with my credit card and they signed it and faxed it back in 5 minutes.The # down there is 858-467-4201 the fax #is 858-467-4299.If they are not busy they will do it right away.
