Here is the new Tunabyte vessel. Uses much less gas and will handle the short trips as well as river vacations. I need to add a bait bag and I was thinking of an arch on top for rod holders and GPS antenna, radar.

My 24' pilot house is still for sale on the boats for sale board. I'll take any reasonable offer. I need to move fast, the wife doesn't like the idea of having 2 boats.

A well maintained boat is a well maintained boat. A poorly maintained boat is a poorly maintained boat. With few exceptions (read BoatUS magazine for manufacturers recalls) most boats are pretty good IF THEY ARE MAINTAINED PROPERLY. If a boat style suits the owner, and if it is designed to do the job being asked of it, and if it's properly maintained, it's a good boat. Take good care of your boat and it will take good care of you. You get out of it what you put into it. Use the heck out of that new boat and have a ball!!!
