Got on the 710 S freeway at PCH and saw a Outboard motor cover on the side. Coming back from lunch at 12:15 PM Friday 11-23-06
Pulled over since I had no trucks on my ass at and grabbed it. Went by the boat launch by the Queen Mary but didn't see any boaters missing a cover.
PM me if anyone knows the owner.

It says Honda 75
The rear plate says; 4 Stroke CDI Honda
It has a 6" crack (plastic) on the top edge (needs epoxy).

Good for fishing, keep your nice cover on a shelf in the garage.
