Does anyone agree with him that the CI's have more abundant populations of WSB than Cat? It makes me wonder when I see reports like todays!

What do guys and gals think??

Not sure if the WSB are more abundant at the CI's, but I'm a heck of alot more confident that I'll have a shot at catching one.....especially when I'm on the Tak. I don't feel that confidence when I'm on a boat at Cat.
