8) I stopped into Boater's World and found a stainless steel 2000lb trailer winch on sale for a price I couldn't refuse. When I got home I found the winch handle nut was missing. I emailed SeaSense/Unified Marine for a new nut and waited for a response. Four days later an entire new winch was delivered to my door by UPS. Very impressive!:tu:
