What kind of rod holders and accessories are available for this application? And where to purchase?

I would get a crate and strap it to the back. Then attach the rodholders to the crate.

I was hoping to get rod holders forward of me.
I'm blind in 1 eye, and have to play exorcist to turn around.
There are 2 steel rings forward of me.
Is there any type of rod holders to attach to them?
