Sorry for the late report. It's been a long winter and I finally got a chance to get out to the Islands. We launched out of Oxnard at 7:30 and with a calm ocean ahead, we were able to open her up. First we ran into this massive school of dolphins

Then we made our first stop outside Yellowbanks in 90'-100'. temps were in the 61 range.
Adam got the skunk off the boat with this nice bass

Then it was my turn.

From the same drift....I got this little guy

Made a little move into 80' and I get this nice speciman

And then he passsed me on the West end of Anacapa

All fish were caught on chovies and dines. ALL FISH RELEASED!!
Great day on the water. Lot's of bird activity and tons of bait.
