Not quite so sure about this year, I think that Garnett will not be denied, although it would be close and anything could happen.

But NEXT year--a front line of Gasol, Bynum and Odom? With Bryant and Fisher in the backcourt? Only injuries or infighting could defeat that team.

That's all you got??? Season's not yet halfway over and all you can say is that the Angles are in first place now (in a weaker division btw)? Maybe you should look before you speak, but right now the BoSox still has a better record than the LA Wannabees. Weak, very weak.

I predict we take at least one of the first two in Boston, then don't make a trip back there. Boston was lucky to get past Atlanta and Cleveland, then Detroit(mainly Rasheed) did a disappearing act and gave them game 6. I love hearing all the sour grapes talking about band wagoners and the Lakers- they are easily the most successful of any sports franchise over the past 3 decades and have a huge fan base. Now we are happy they've retooled and we get labeled as band wagoners. I think that mainly stems from clueless east coast fans that don't understand sports or competition. LA in 5

I wouldn't worry about SOATS. He's harmless and likes to try to push buttons and we like to go back and forth ribbing each other. He's actually a good guy transplanted from Salt Lake City that started tooting the Red Sox horn when they finally started winning the majority of their games in the new millenium. I know, I know, he'll claim he roots for the Red Sox because he was on a little league team called the Red Sox. That is a cute story and all, but he just hates Southern California teams to help try and push buttons for his own satisfaction. 8)

Some of this bandwagon dookie has to do with a certain Utah J!ZZ fan claiming a couple of us are bandwagon Angel fans- this coming from a Red Sox fan in SoCal that has never seen the Green Monster in person, unlike some of us here- as a 33+ year fan of the Halos, saw my first game in Anaheim in '75 and never did like the Dodgers, I tend to kick clowns like this in the nuts when they give me the chance- and I'm given the chance quite often- not a big basketball fan but stoked to see a Lakers/ Celtics final- but I probably won't watch it- it's baseball season! 8) Put this "take" in your pipe and smoke it, GLOATS Rome sucks, if I want to hear "takes" about horses I'll call Jack In the Box or Elmer's, guy sounds like he wants to work for TMZ these days-
