I had a quick job in Malibu so I brought a pole and some tackle. I Finished @ about 4 pm. As the high tide was starting I got the muscles I could w/o getting too wet!

I fished for about an hour. The phone didnt ring the whole time!!! 8)
Even though the fish were small it was great. No parking, no extra fuel, and no bait charge. The vallet's tried to charge me for parking, but since I was working I got diplomatic Amunity! :tu:

Sweet! Way to relax at the job site. I used to fish from the rocks near the marina in Long Beach before I would head off to work in the mornings! I miss those kind of days.

It was great! And I think the best part was I was all alone. No bucket brigade to be seen! From now on I am keeping a light rod and some tackle in the truck. You never know when the chance to fish will present itself! 8)

Very true, very true. Even if nothing is caught, just being out of the house, away from the phone, radio, tv makes it all worth it.
I'm going to try an hit up somewhere either in Long Beach or try something new like Sunset Beach. I'll figure it tomorrow when I get up before the crack of dawn.8)
