Non - Skid Floor Coating Question ?

610 Views 4 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  mogandave
I picked up some 'Tuff Coat' Non-Skid Coating
Rubberized/Sound Deadening Non Skid Polyurethane Saftey Coating.
For the floor of my 13' Whaler. Area is 4' x 8'
The floor has been grinded.

Questions ?
1) Anyone used it ?
2) Does it last and not peel ?

Thanks Martin

I have used it on a wooden floor tin boat and am certain it would work well on the floor you describe. The material works great, but once the can is open it has a very limited working time. Also it's a bear to clean up so spend some time doing a great masking job.

Please keep up informed and more importantly Pix of the final project! Many on this board have the same tender, and would be very interested! Thanks, Bill

For an expert job and a paint that has been manufactured for this job one can not beat Kiwi Grip , easy to apply , looks good after 3 years and pretty non slip.
