IT seem fishies biting down south, due to save fuel,i need to launch
at O/SIDE,can someone help me the direction to launch ram and where
BAIT reciever,thank you inadvance.
MISSION BAY no security on parking lot.
SHELTER ISLAND bad traffic.

go right at the end of ramp, pretty much just shoots you off in the right direction....go left at stop sign...follow signs...bait is just past the boat launch/ramp.....easy to get to, easy to launch...easy to get bait..sorry for the typing..have 4 month old on my lap.
