A new fishing spot is in the making in So CA. Hint, it is somewhere between El Porto and Blackie's. (yep surfing references)
It has been holding penned Halibut and who knows what else for probably 40-50 years, and they are going to be released soon. Any guesses??? Further, the way that it is looking, it could also be the birth of a very good surf spot for years to follow.
