Squid eggs

I ran into this bunch of eggs when we were out diving the oil rigs a few years back. Fortunatly for me I had my camera handy. Looked like an alien floating in space. Pretty cool shot

Those are tunicates called salps.

Type salp ito google images and check out the different types.

That is correct they are salps. I netted one a few years back and the are weird looking when born.
