When trolling in between kelp paddies, what do you use to get the dorado to bite? Feathers, plugs, color, etc?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the responses. That link was an interestign read. I haven't yet done much trolling so this is all good info. I'm heading out to San Clemente tonight, spend the night and morning hours in Pyramid for some of the bigger YT. Then head on over to the front for a bit in the morning for some of the big calicos and more YT. Then around noon start heading over to Catalina for the night paddy hopping and trolling on the way. Anchor up near the V's or wherever I find the squid for the night and for some bass. Then leaving in the morning trolling and paddy hopping back to Long Beach.

I'll be on the Odyssey monitoring Ch. 69 if anyone is in the area.

Thanks again for the info,
Rick
