Thanks in advance.Was lookin for a pole and reel just for two pound test.I was using a old kencor last weekend and it was fun on the small trout but not really what im lookin for.It would be just for the kern river.5000

Try checking out the Bass Pro web site for the micro lites on sale for $29.99 right now. I use a 5'6" UL 2 piece with 7 guides rated 1-6 lbs. Model # MLT56ULS-2, item # 38-153-248-00. I use mine on the Owens and Kern with a Quantum XL 00S2 which holds 80 yards 0f 4 lb test. The Kern River trout and small mouth bass or Owens River rainbows and browns will really show their fight on this rig. Hope this helps, good luck and good fishing.
