I was out on Tuesday and dealt with water temps in the 58.5 range. Today Tempbreaks showing lots of warm water in the SoCal area.

Suddenly we are in the middle 60s? Wow what a fast change. Does that mean that there are a different breed of fish lurking about our waters?

I was also at the DP harbor this afternoon and heard one of the local Sporties talking about temps up to 64 in the San Mateo area.

Question for the seasoned hunters out there: Does the increased water temps bring fish with it or does it only lay the ground conditions that allow warm water fish to slowly migrate into the area?
